Shift and Steer the Multi-Media Automotive Enthusiast Show Tops iTunes Charts

Shift and Steer is one of the newest podcast multi-media shows available, but it is already becoming an enthusiast favorite. The show recently hit the number 2 position of all shows in the Automotive category on iTunes!

The cast has been working hard to book the biggest names of the automotive world and also the enthusiasts of Hollywood. On recent shows Shift and Steer welcomed Tim Allen, Barry Weiss (Storage Wars), Guy Fieri (Celebrity Chef and Star of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives), Michael Anthony (Van Halen and Chickenfoot) and Billy F. Gibbons (ZZ Top).

Brad Fanshaw and his radio show, Street Rod & Custom Radio is on the road for the summer shows. His show that is syndicated by ERNLive.com is also available on iTunes, iHeart, Stitcher and the bonspeedbradfanshaw Facebook page each week.

Major automotive events have been booking his show to draw attention and get the celebrity word out about the automotive hobby.

Fanshaw brings his experience and notoriety to the show and also drags in his automotive and entertainment celebrity friends on the air!

His co-host Pete Chapouris is a legend himself in the hot rod world and owner of So-Cal Speed Shop. Together these guys have so much opinion and perspective that they needed a show.

Fanshaw and Chapouris began the year by doing a live show in downtown Reno. The show brought notoriety to the show before, during and after as they promoted their participation.

Next the pair broadcast live at the So-Cal Speed Shop Open house. As over 6000 guests watched on, Brad and Pete interviewed guests including Michael Anthony the bassist for both Chickenfoot and Van Halen.

Did you know that Brad Fanshaw is business partners with his friend and rock legend Michael Anthony?

Yep, the pair had been friends for a years before becoming business partners. Anthony who is a founding member and bass player for Van Halen, now plays with Chickenfoot.





The band Chickenfoot was created by Sammy Hagar and Anthony with Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) and Joe Satriani.

Fanshaw and Anthony own a number of businesses together, including Bonneville SWISS Watches and bonspeed Forged Wheels.

Brad Fanshaw the host of Rod & Custom Radio (distributed by ERNLive.com) broadcast his show live from the SEMA Show (Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association). The show is held the first week of November each year in Las Vegas, Nevada and fills 3million square feet of space. Brad Fanshaw Technical Co-Host on Season 2 of SPEED's Car Warriors

Brad Fanshaw has been filming the new season of Car Warriors for SPEED. The show that debuted in 2011 has been given a new format that pits shops against one another in a 48 hour challenge! The show features less time to build the cars, but provides a much better approach with more tech information and a better look at how these vehicles get built in just a mind-boggling 48 hours.

Fanshaw, brings over twenty-five years of professional custom car design and building experience to the show. As a business partner of the legendary Boyd Coddington from 1987 to 1996 their shop won the prestigious Grand National Roadster Show AMBR award four times. Since 1996 Fanshaw has won numerous awards on his own including both the GM and Ford Design Awards. Additionally, he has founded a leading forged aluminum wheel company, bonspeed Wheels with rock star Michael Anthony of Van Halen and Chickenfoot fame.

Brad Fanshaw brings his management, design and building talents to the show while he is allowed to flex his on-camera presence.  The producers of Car Warriors have chosen Fanshaw to provide teams his expert advice during each build and provide the audience a while-it-happens perspective from his first-hand view.
